For our landscape installations, we work directly with the customer.

• We let the customer tell us their most important needs, whether they be aesthetic desires, structural problems or business image concerns. We walk the terrain with the customer, letting him/her direct us from one point of interest to another.

• We listen and observe, until we have gained a good understanding of the customer's objectives.

• Our design plan includes specifics. We list the types of plants, trees and flowers we recommend, and their localities within the design campaign.

• We list the sizes and shapes of the beds we recommend and their localities, and so on.

• We provide diagrams and drawings to illustrate our ideas to the customer.

• We always include an itemized list of costs.

• We follow a predetermined plan throughout each phase of the job.

The goal: to anticipate, and be prepared for problems before they occur.

Not all landscape companies have access to the same suppliers and equipment manufacturers. Planning, organization and preparation, and our focus on the customer's needs are what differentiate us from the competition.

We guarantee all of our plants and trees, for up to one year. If any of our plants or trees dies, we replace them. We absorb the cost, not you.
