Outdoor Kitchen Design, Installation & Sales

     With the addition of our outdoor living design center, Visions Landscape Supply and Design, we are able to offer many different styles and qualities of gas grills, kamado style smokers, access doors, drawers & many other stainless steel accessories that you may find in your typical outdoor kitchen.
Not only can we design and build your custom outdoor kitchen island, we're also able to showcase many different brands of grills at the store. In addition, we have the displays to help you choose your stone options for the kitchen as well as paver colors and styles for your patio.
       The brands you will find at the store include the following:

* Fire Magic
* AOG ( Made by Fire Magic )
* Twin Eagles
* Delta Heat (Made by Twin Eagles )
* Del Sol (Made by Twin Eagles)
* Primo ceramic smoker

Outdoor kitchen install
The pavers in the kitchen island area have been leveled while the remaining patio area slopes away from the island as needed. The utilities have been run and inspected. Waiting for kitchen island.
Charlotte kitchen
The start of an outdoor kitchen project in Charlotte. Our frames are welded steel with 1/2" Hardi backer board that is glued to the frame and then screwed through the studs. All of the cut-outs for appliances are to the exact dimension needed. Electrical junction boxes are installed as well as sufficient vents to allow for the circulation and escape of any gasses should they get released in your island.
Stone kitchen Charlotte
The outdoor kitchen island pictured here has most of the appliances and stone installed. The last of the utilities are being finished at this point.
Kegerator Charlotte
The kitchen island features a granite dining ledge with custom foot rests constructed from black iron pipe. An umbrella hole allows for some shade in the heat of the Summer.
Waxhaw AOG gas grill
The 36" AOG gas grill fits perfectly in this outdoor kitchen island.
Charlotte Kamado Joe
The Kamado Joe smoker finally installed and ready for cooking! This smoker allows you to slow cook, roast, bake and grill. It's my opinion that everyone should own one.

                                                               Some of our other kitchen islands that we designed and built:
Monroe outdoor kitchen
This landscape design project included the paver patio, small retaining wall, gas fire feature, pondless water feature and this covered outdoor kitchen.
Outdoor kitchen design
The client wanted a certain color blend for this kitchen island so we installed what was given to us. At first, I wasn't sure how it was going to look, but the off white stucco, black / white granite counter and the red glass tile sure turned out well.

Waxhaw bar area
Not technically a kitchen island, this custom built beverage center features 2 drop-in ice chests / coolers and plenty of storage with the addition of the stainless steel access doors. Low voltage landscape lighting was installed in the oversized backsplash.
Gas grill Renovation
The grill island was existing but in terrible shape. Another prime example of a contractor that had no clue on how to properly support a stone counter. We kept most of the existing stone, removed the old grill, modified the woodbox, added structural supports & replaced the old counter with large Tenn. Crab Orchard slabs. Finally, we added the AOG 36" grill and a set of double doors.
Cedar grill area
Once the grill island was complete, we had a small dilemma. Client wanted some lightto shine on the grill area but didn't want the standard clip on light or one that was screwed into the counter. Voila! Let's build a nice cedar overhang to support some LED low voltage landscape lights!! Wires were placed inside the post via a nice routered slot and then the wire channel was trimmed with some more cedar.
